Biked in at 6 a.m. today - still sweaty. But that could be because I’ve consumed too much caffeine in the past 24 hours.
Clipless pedal advice, dial out the tension screws until you get comfortable using them. Then just ride, its just a matter of time

Stealing an unlocked bike is a crime? Really?
The NOPD, in their quest for greatness, decided to leave an unlocked bike on freaking St. Charles Ave and arrest anyone who tried to steal it. They arrested five people in less than an hour. Shocking!
How is taking an UNLOCKED bike…
